Dear Blake,
I am writing to let you know that total strangers (to you) are also praying for you and thinking of your battle.
Leukemia is a very scary disease, precisely because there are so few warning signs.
The good news is that medical research has come a very long way in the last half-century, and I am certain in my heart that you will win your battle.
Every day, no matter how rainy, or dark, or dreary, is a good day, because you are here to share it with the people you love, and the people who love you. So please remember to laugh and giggle.
And I hope you make it out of the PICU soon so you get your time on the Playstation!
