I wanted to write to you again today to let you know that I hear you are being a very strong young man. I imagine that there is no fun attached to staying in the hospital too long. I know that the doctors and nurses are working hard and doing their very best to make sure that you get to go home soon. That will be a very good day!
Last night there were lots of tornado watches and warnings in the Richmond area. I live out in Midlothian, and the weather reporters said that "swirling clouds" had been spotted out our way. Fortunately, though, we didn't get a tornado in our backyard. Imagine getting stuck in a tornado like Dorothy and Toto in the "Wizard of Oz!" Scary, right? Big guys like you might think swirling away into the sky is exciting, though.
I'll say 'bye' for now. I'll think of you lots today and ask God (over and over) to help you be strong and feel better really soon.
